Membosa House

The residence was to be built on a scenic hillside lot with sweeping views but presented unique challenges. The steep grade of the land, combined with local zoning restrictions and environmental regulations, required thoughtful planning and expert engineering. Our team had to ensure the home would maximize the views while maintaining structural integrity and blending seamlessly with the natural landscape.
Designing a One-of-a-Kind Home
Working closely with the architect and the client, we developed a tailored plan for a multi-level residence featuring expansive glass walls, open floor plans, and luxurious outdoor living spaces. Key features included a state-of-the-art kitchen, a wine cellar, an infinity-edge pool, and eco-friendly elements like solar panels and a rainwater collection system.
