The challenge was to integrate all these elements without sacrificing the beauty, functionality, or affordability that homeowners expect.
Designing with the Environment in Mind
From the earliest stages, every decision was made with sustainability at the forefront. Homes were oriented to maximize natural light and reduce heating and cooling demands. We selected sustainable building materials like recycled steel, reclaimed wood, and non-toxic insulation.
